Can I modifiy my order once it is placed?

If you purchased incorrect items or ordered too much the first step is you MUST message the vendor straight away. The vendor will modify the order within the system and you'll be notified to review and accept the final version.  If the vendor does not respond please fill out this form so that we can step in and reach out to the vendor on your behalf. 

The modification MUST be done within 24 hours as several of our vendors have products that are made to order.

Note: Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order as it will already be in transit to you.
