In most cases, you will be required to print and paste shipping labels using the Creoate dashboard. However for EU-EU shipments, in most cases, you will not require to print and paste the shipping label.How will I know if I will require to print and paste shipping labels for EU-EU shipments?
- Currently, for EU-EU shipments, our customer support team creates and shares the shipping label over email along with our details such as collection time and date
- For shipments that do not require shipping labels, our customer support will let you know the same when they will reach out to you over email with collection time and date information
- For shipments that do not require a shipping label, our carrier partner will bring the shipping label along with them on the day of collection. They will attach the shipping label during the collection
