Do you have a Loyalty/Reward Program?

As a gesture of goodwill to our customers, we offer a Loyalty Programme designed to reward your continued support.

How it works:

• Complete 5 orders within 6 months and receive a 30% off code for your next order over £500 (or $/€ equivalent).

  • Coupon is valid for 30 days from the issue date.

  • The code can only be used once during Checkout.

  • Make sure to enter the code in the Promotional Code section and click Apply — a message in green will confirm successful application.

  • If there's an issue, an error message will appear in red. If the code is valid and cannot be applied at checkout, please contact our Support team through Live Chat (the blue button on the bottom-right corner of any CREOATE webpage) and ensure that either a screenshot or screen recording is provided.

Important - please note:

• Our Support team cannot apply the voucher code manually once an order is placed. It will need to be used on a new order. 

• Orders must be in the Fulfilled status to count toward your total progress.

• Cancelled orders will affect your progress.

• Orders placed with a CREOATELOYALTY code will not count towards your progress.
• Orders made with a referred vendor (via our referral programme) are also excluded from the Loyalty Programme.
