Orders may be stuck in customs for several reasons (i.e - missing documentation). We have an open communication channel with our couriers and work together as much as possible to solve these situations promptly.
However, we rely on the vendor and retailer to reach us should this happen. The courier does not reach out to us directly to share that the order is stuck in customs.
We ask that if you check the tracking on your order and it shows it is with customs you reach out to us on Live Chat. Our couriers do not always provide the reason as to why the order is in customs, but we do try to work with them to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. This can sometimes result in the order being shipped back to the vendor.
