Can I make an edit to an order?

Yes, you are able to make an edit to your order.  You will need to log into your account and on the left hand side of the dashboard you will see a tab labeled "orders" .  Once you are viewing all of your customer orders you will want to click into the order that you would like to modify.  Scroll to the very bottom of the order that needs to be amended and you will find the option to request an order modification. 

Reasons for order modifications can be: total quantity available, color or size modification, pricing update, new style of product adjustment, related to VAT, etc. 

Note that changes are subject to the customers approval. They will be notified as soon as you submit the modification. Please allow 24h - 48h for customers to reply. If you have no reply by then, please let us know by contacting us on Live Chat.  We will try on your behalf to contact the customer for approval.
