How can I increase my brand's visibility on CREOATE?

Thankfully we have a ton of resources to help solve that question!

There are two distinct types of visibility / discovery on Creoate.

Discovery

The most common type is called 'unstructured' discovery where retailers come to Creoate and look at our collections, categories or New In pages.

What to do!

  • Ensure your products are up to date so that they are added to our up to date seasonal  . and trending collections.  We curate these based on what retailers are looking for!
  • Ensure your products are tagged in the correct Category (and most specific category) - A retailer looking for scented candles will 99% of the time start on that category page! (not just candles)
  • Look at your Margin. Typically wholesale operates at >50% of the RRP. If you are selling items for D2C prices you are unlikely to receive orders from retailers who have to make a margin
  • Ensure your products have strong descriptions. Descriptions >200 words have 5-6x higher conversion rate than those with <200 words. Retailers want details including ingredients, sourcing, USP's, examples of where this product sells well and any key attributes such as 'fair trade'.
  • Ensure you use key words. If you sell perfume, ensure that the word 'perfume' is in the title/description as much as possible.
  • Ensure your images are high quality. Make sure you have at least 3 product images AND at least 1 image per variation. We recommend lifestyle images taken professionally.
  • Make use of the Bestseller tag. These products are automatically boosted as your best products on category pages
  • Show off your USPs. Tell retailers who you are, where you are and what you stand for. If you are a local seller, who hits the same brand values as the buyer and wants to build long lasting relationships - make this clear to the buyer!

Structured Search

Some retailers come with specific sellers/products in mind.

  • Use our referrals engine. Its free and we guarantee 99% Delivery of these emails! You will pay no commission on these orders. Typically these convert and have a high repeat rate!
  • Update your products every month! Retailers often will find substitute products that are more topical, fashionable or up to date. Our most commonly viewed page is 'New In'!
  • ulfil orders. The most typical reason for no repeats is modifications or slow fulfilment of orders. Even if your products are the best in the market, they will not generate revenue if they do not ship on time or the right items
  • Discounts. You can offer personalised pricing to repeat buyers as an incentive to order more and to order more regularly.
