I'm not receiving email notifications from Creoate
Please make sure you complete these 2 steps.
1. Check your spam folder and make sure to mark our email domain @creoate.com as safe on your email account provider.
2. Log into your dashboard and click on Messages. You will then be in your inbox and will also see an option for Settings. If you click on this tab you will see that you have the option to check 3 boxes. Please make sure to check the 2nd and 3rd boxes, but it is also recommended you check the first box so you receive messages in your dashboard from retailers as well. After you do this make sure to click Save Changes.
