Adding products from Faire requires the usage of the 'Bulk Upload Template'.
You can add products on CREOATE using your Faire exported CSV by following these steps. -
1. Go to your Faire Dashboard and select 'Products'. Click the 'Export' tab to download the products onto an Excel sheet.
2. Login to your CREOATE Dashboard and in the 'Products' tab, select 'Upload Catalogue'.
3. You will now be required to download the CREOATE 'Bulk Upload Template'
4. Using your Faire exported CSV, please populate the corresponding 'CREOATE Bulk Upload template' by copy & pasting (values only) the relevant columns. There are only 12 columns marked 'mandatory' on the CREOATE Bulk Upload Template that you need to complete.
5. Once completed, Upload your Excel file' onto the Dashboard.
Please note - Do not upload more than 1000 rows per sheet. It can take upto 24 hours for products to be visible.
