# How do I close my store and cancel my account?

While we are sorry to see you go, we understand that it may not be the right time for us to work together.  Please fill out [this form](https://share-eu1.hsforms.com/19-ycDXsXS-KWII-lmgNKlQf1j5e). Once you submit the form, our team will review your account to ensure there are no pending orders or transactions. After confirming this, we will proceed to pay you for any remaining orders and close your account.
