How long will I get response for a query?

We have now opened up a new feature via Live chat which is our contact point where you will be greeted by one of our excellent customer success agents!

The resolutions are mostly given within one contact, however for tricky cases where other departments assistance maybe needed we will create a ticket internally and get back to you as soon as possible!

Please also note you will be emailed a transcript at the end of every closed conversation!
