We are a commission only platform with no upfront or monthly fees. Our success based model means we only make money when you do. Joining CREOATE is completely free.

How much do I pay for orders I get through the marketplace?

  • The standard commission rate for reorders from the Marketplace is 15%.

  • If a retailer finds your brand for the first time through the CREOATE marketplace, we charge you a 25% commission rate on the first-order.

This means that the first order rate of 25% only applies to the first order from a new customer, all future reorders will be at the 15% rate. All rates exclude VAT.

We also have structured growth tiers designed to reward brands that actively contribute to the CREOATE ecosystem. These tiers recognise partners who drive consistent order volume, refer retailers, or support key UK trade shows. Depending on performance, incentives may include commission adjustments, enhanced visibility on the website, and dedicated growth support.

How much do I pay on orders from my CREOATE Connections?

When you invite your own retailers or prospective buyers to shop with you on CREOATE, you’ll enjoy 0% commission on all of their orders, forever. As long as the retailer places their initial order via your personalised referral link or through the widget, there’s no commission to pay on their purchases.

You can also enhance their buying experience by offering a first-order promotion, free shipping (subject to MOV requirements), and payment terms (where approved).
