My order has damaged items

We're sorry to hear that. Please report this directly to the supplier through the order dashboard. Suppliers resolve missing or damaged items in the first instance as they are packed directly by themselves. 

All our suppliers are vetted and typically resolve fairly quickly but we are here to make sure this is resolved to your satisfaction or any adjustments are made to your invoice if necessary. If a refund is due, it will be processed as soon as a resolution is reached.

In the event that you have already reported this to the supplier more than 72h ago and have not heard back, please forward us the pictures showing the damaged items here.
