We're sorry to hear that. Parcels may be stuck in customs for several reasons (i.e - missing documentation). We have an open communication channel with our couriers and work together as much as possible to solve these situations promptly.
However, we don't have a way to find out why Customs might be holding parcels and we cannot interfere, nor influence the process, as they are allowed to hold a parcel as long as deemed fit.
