The supplier hasn't accepted my order

We're sorry to hear that. While most suppliers have their stock levels up to date, they might have run short on stock last minute. You may contact the supplier directly through the messaging system to get an update on when it can be expected and meanwhile search similar products or brands on the website.
If you have paid upfront, a refund is immediate. Due to bank processing times it can take 3.5 business days to reach your account.
If you are on trade credit, the amount is released immediately, however, please allow up to 24h for it to reflect correctly.
