Why is my store on vacation?

If you did not set your store on vacation mode or request us to do so for you, we most likely set your store on vacation because we tried to reach you several times and received no response from you.  Per our terms and conditions we have the right to do so if you have pending orders and are unresponsive to the customer or us.

We try to email you first about pending orders, but if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours and the order is still not being processed we will set your store on vacation mode to avoid a negative experience for our customers and future cancellations of orders.
