Yes, you can message any current or past buyer who have purchased your products through Creoate. First, you will need to log into your dashboard. From here click on Orders which will bring you to where all orders are located. You will then see a message bubble icon on the far right of a buyers order. Click on this and a message field will pop up. You can then fill out the needed information, write the message to your buyer, and click send message.
