Can I rebook a collection if the shipment collection has been missed?

If you’ve missed your collection, don’t worry — you have two options:

Option 1: Reach out to our carrier partner and follow the steps below to re-book your collection


Your order will be shipped with either DHL Express or UPS, and this information can be found on your shipping label.


For DHL Express(it must be an Express location you speak with): 

Click here and use their chat support in the bottom right corner (the blue box). Type 'speak to an agent' to get started.

Be sure to keep your tracking number and PRN/Booking Reference Number handy as you’ll need them while speaking with the carrier partner. A link to your both can be found within the Shipping Confirmation email you will have received from the email address no-reply@getfareye.com

Note: If PRN/Booking Reference Number is missing in the link then pls re-book the collection by following the steps on the link
Pls remember to change the country based on your location using the button on the corner right of the page
 

For UPS:

Call 1-888-742-5877 if your order is being shipped within the US, and 1-800-782-7892 if it’s being shipped internationally. Click here for further options
