Can I send samples?

While samples are great to promote new products we advise against sending them. The reason behind this is that we organise the shipping and are required to include all detailed information of the contents of the parcel. If you decide to send samples, the parcel could get stuck or returned, since the paperwork might not reflect the actual contents. 

If a customer has never bought from you before, they will benefit from our 60 day return policy, that has no impact on your payout and still allows them to try new products.
