Before you apply, it helps to know minimum eligibility criteria to know if you qualify.
If you're a brick and mortar business:
- Have a physical, commercial store address:
- We need to be able to verify that the address you have provided is for a commercial property
- If all your business correspondence is linked to a residential address, please provide a second proof of your commercial address
- If you're an e-commerce business:
- Have a valid business email address:
- If you registered with a non business email address, use your business email address for the email verification. It's fine if this is different to the email you used when you signed up to CREOATE
- Have a valid and active website:
- Only apply once you have a valid e-commerce (online shopping) website. Social media (e.g. Facebook) and/or marketplace (Etsy) websites will not be eligible for a trade account
- Have business correspondence to your registered address:
- Your proof of address should include your business name and/or domain, company number and the address on your account
- Have a valid business email address:
If you're a pop up store:
- Provide suitable proof of address for your business:
- Your proof of address should include your business name and/or trading name and the address on your account
