If you are interested in selling your products on Creoate please start by clicking here. Once there you will see "Register Your Brand". Click there and fill out the necessary information. Once the information is submitted you will hear back from our sales team if you have been approved within 7-10 business days depending on the volume of applications at the time.
There are a few requirements necessary to even be considered as a brand:
- Your email domain MUST be a custom business one and cannot include @gmail, @hotmail, etc.
- You MUST have a social media presence (at this time we can only accept Instagram accounts).
- You MUST have a wholesale site and the website url MUST be working when added to your application (this can not be Etsy, Not On The High Street, or another third party platform).
- You MUST have at least 5 individual products/SKUs to offer (these MUST be distinct products, NOT fewer products in multiple sizes or colors).
- Each product MUST have at least one product image.
- You MUST be located in one of our approved locations:
- North America(excluding Canada and Mexico)
- Europe(excluding Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia)
- If you DO NOT see your location on the list above or as an approved location please check back often as we continue to grow and approve new locations.
- We DO NOT accept any of the following products at this time:
- prescription or pharmacy-only medicine
- gambling-related products, cash prizes, or charity raffles
- marijuana businesses or related products containing CBD or THC
- large furniture
- large tech devices(such as electric bikes and scooters)
- unlicensed/copied products
- regulated or age-restricted items(including tobacco, e-cigarettes, and e-liquid)
