Once you log into your dashboard you will see on the left hand side a Gray column with several options. One of those options is Products. If you click on this option you will be brought to where all products you added are located, edits can be made, images can be changed, and where you are able to upload new products.
If you want to edit a current product just toggle over the product and you will see edit appears. Click on this option and you will be brought to that specific product where you can make all updates. Just make sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on update product.
If you would like to add a new product once you are in the Products page of your dashboard you will see on the right hand side the option to click on Add products. Once you click on this complete the necessary fields to add a new item and save.
Please note the following:
- New products could take up to 48 hours to see the products live on the site from the moment you publish them.
- Retailers can only see your products if they are based in a country you sell to and items are in stock.
- We only show a certain amount of results in the search bar based on different criteria.
- If you cannot find your products using just one keyword, please search by the full product name.
