# What are the minimum orders?

A vendor's minimum order value or minimum order quantity is the **minimum amount** they are willing to sell to a buyer at wholesale prices. If you do not reach the minimum requirement, then you will not be able to place your order.

Each vendor sets their own minimums and you will notice that this amount varies between each vendor.

As you add items to your cart while shopping a vendors store, you will be shown whether you are meeting their minimum order amount or not.
