What do I do if the vendor is not responding?

Although most vendors typically respond within 24 hours, there may be instances where it takes a little longer, especially on non-business days. We kindly request that you allow a timeframe of 72 hours.  If you have not received a response by then, please feel free to reach out to us here so that we can promptly follow up with the vendor.

A Few Things to Note:

  1. If the order status changed from pending acceptance to processing this is a good sign!  It usually means the vendor is working on putting the order together to ship! 
  2. Make sure to check your email's spam folder in case the response ended up there, but we always recommend logging into your account and viewing your messages this way so you do not miss anything!
