What does it mean if my order is pending payment?

This means that the payment method inserted at check-out failed. This could be due to a typo in the card number, CVC or wrong expiry date.  We also do not accept prepaid cards at this time.  

To settle you payment using a different payment method, you can us a manual payment link for your currency. You will be able to try all availalbe payment options including Cards, Link, Bilie, Afterpay/Clearpay and any other payment methods for your currency.

Note: if you have been approved for trade credit you are still required to insert a valid payment method for when payment is due.
