Where do I return items to?

Return processing: Submit your return request within your Orders Dashboard, along with tracking information. After that, you need to arrange delivery with tracking and correctly identified.

Please mention the order number on the outside of the shipment. If the order number is not clearly mentioned then it may lead to processing delays or even rejection of the refund in some cases.

Your return will be processed in approximately 15 calendar days.

You will be able to see the status of your return in your Returns Dashboard.

Refunds: If you have already paid, a refund will be issued to your account once goods are received and verified. If you pay on account, a credit note will be issued and the remaining balance due on your invoice due date. You only pay for return postage.

This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
