Why can I not see my store?

If your store is not live, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some common factors to check and troubleshoot:

Incomplete Onboarding:

Kindly ensure that all necessary steps have been completed on your store dashboard to finalise the onboarding process. The system requires the first 2 steps to be met at all times:

1. A minimum of 5 product listings, Live and In Stock (Simple or Variable - If Variable, there needs to be 5 different Parent SKUs - One Parent SKU with 5 different variants will not count!).
2. A company logo & banner.
3. Ensure that your payment information is correctly set up.
4. Submit this form when you are ready to receive your first orders! Please make sure the above  points are complete before submitting the form.

Account Approval

All seller applications go through a final approval process once the above steps are completed. If you have passed this final check, you will receive an email with the subject title: Your store is now live on CREOATE!

Account Deactivation

If you have previously requested deactivation and would like to now reopen your storefront, this will need to be requested via a form submission.
