We payout orders 30 days from the date they are marked fulfilled. The reason is because we need enough time for retailers to receive the product and claim if anything is missing or damaged.
The retailer then submits a report with all necessary information for you, the vendor to review and decide together on a course of action.
If both parties cannot come to an agreement the retailer is able to reach out to us on Live Chat. We act as a third party and reivew all necessary information, speak to both parties, and are the liaison to identify a resolution.
