Can I change the customer's address?

If a retailer has reached out to you requesting a change of address, please ask your customer to make a request through our Change of Address form.

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot change the address if the shipping label has already been processed and order has been collected for delivery. If the courier collection is still to be made, you can use your dashboard to cancel the current shipping label and request a new shipping label.

Go to your Dashboard > Your Orders > Order XXXXXXX > Scroll down to the Delivery section > Cancel Shipment. Once it is successfully cancelled, the Request Shipping Label button will be available once again. Please note that this cancellation request is final and cannot be undone.
