If a retailer has reached out to you requesting a change of address, please let us know via live chat so we can make this update. We’ll need to know the order number and the new address, so please have this information to hand. Alternatively, you can ask your customer to get in touch with us and share this information.
Note: We unfortunately cannot change the address if the shipping label has already been processed and order has been collected for delivery. If only the shipping label is created and collection is still to be made, you can use your dashboard to cancel the current shipping label and request a new shipping label by completing all the required steps.
