How is an order marked as fulfilled?

Once your order has been completed, it’s important the status is changed to ‘fulfilled’ as soon as possible to avoid any payment delays, or other confusion.

In most cases, your order will be marked as fulfilled automatically, but in a few cases some action will be required from your side: 

  • If you shipped your order with CREOATE and were able to automatically generate a shipping label then the order status will automatically change to ‘fulfilled’ when the order is delivered, and no action is required from you. This will be the case for the majority of orders. 
  • If we created the shipping label for you manually (because it wasn’t able to be generated automatically for some reason), you will have to notify us when the order has been collected from your location so we can mark the order fulfilled. You can let us know by reaching out to us through our chat feature.
  • If your order is self shipped (pls read this article for self shipping), you need to input your order’s tracking details within your dashboard. Your order will then automatically be marked as fulfilled. You can input the tracking info within your dashboard by clicking the ‘ADD TRACKING’ button under the Self Ship tab (see below).
