How is an order marked as fulfilled?

Once your order has been completed, it’s important the status is changed to ‘fulfilled’ as soon as possible to avoid any payment delays, or other confusion.

In the majority of cases, your order will be automatically marked as fulfilled. However, there are certain situations where you may need to take action.

1. If you shipped your order with CREOATE and successfully generated a shipping label through the Dashboard.

  • The order status will automatically be updated to 'Fulfilled' upon delivery, requiring no action on your part for the majority of orders. However, if the order status remains in Processing 24 hours post-shipment delivery, kindly notify our Customer Support team via live chat to manually update it. It is important to note that the payment of your order is contingent upon it reaching the Fulfilled status. Failure to report any issues promptly may affect your payout.

2. If we created the shipping label for you through the Manual Shipping Label Request Form. (It wasn’t able to be generated automatically)

  • You need to inform us once the order has been collected from your location so that we can mark it as fulfilled. Please reach out to us through our chat feature on our website by clicking on the blue button located in the bottom-right corner.

3. If your order was self shipped (Please read this article for self shipping and apply for approval first)

  • Please ensure to input your order's tracking details within your dashboard by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to Your Orders > Order XXXXXXX > Scroll down to the Delivery section.

    2. Click on the 'Add Tracking' button under the Self Ship tab.

    3. Enter the Shipping Number, Courier, and Date of Shipping.

    4. Lastly, input the cost and attach the invoice for reimbursement (subject to limits).

  • Once the above steps have been completed, your order will then be automatically marked as Fulfilled.
