Can customers return items to me?
No Returns Policy
As a B2B platform, we do not accept returns for change of mind or unsold stock. Currently we are encouraging low Minimum Order Values (MOVs) for first orders. This allows buyers to trial your products and test customer demand with minimal risk before committing to larger volumes.
However, if a product needs to be returned due to quality reasons, those returns are to be arranged directly between the customer and yourself.
Please note we do not pay for shipping on returns.
