Can customers return items to me?
We offer customers 60 days to make a return if they have not purchased from the brand previously. Once the customer initiates the return the items are sent to our warehouse where we hold all returns per our terms and conditions. These returns however have no impact on your pay out.
However, if a product needs to be returned due to quality reasons, those returns are to be arranged directly between the customer and yourself.
Please note we do not pay for shipping on returns.
