Can I change my pick-up/collection address?

We recommend making address changes as early as possible to avoid any issues. [Prior to accepting the order and changing the order status to Processing]

Yes, you can update your pick-up address, but the process depends on the timing of your request:

  1. Before booking a shipment:
    If you wish to change your pick-up address, please update your details in your profile before requesting a shipment. To do this:

    • Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Store > Update the Shipping Collection Address.
    • Don’t forget to click Update Settings to save the changes.
  2. After a shipment has been booked but not yet collected/picked up:
    If your shipment has been booked but collection hasn’t yet occurred, you can cancel the shipment and rebook it with the updated address - :

    • Go to Order tab > [Relevant Order] > Scroll to the Delivery section > Cancel Shipment.
    • Please note: Cancelling the shipment will cancel the original collection, and it will need to be rebooked with the new details.
