This Shopify integration feature may not be enabled for our older vendors (you cannot see the Import icon on the Products tab within the Dashboard)

Can I have more than one variation type for a product?
Yes! We now support 3 variation types per product. So you can have size, colour and fabric for example on a t shirt!

How are products categorised upon synchronisation with Creoate?
All products are assigned to a single category when synced to Creoate. Once the sync is complete, you may update the category via the dashboard. We will automatically save this data if you update it so don't worry - the next time your products update we will keep your categories how you have chosen.
Example: If a Shopify store has categories such as: Home, Garden, Chairs, etc...
All products will be synced under one Creoate category, for example, “Home and Garden”.
What happens when I resync products?
During a resync we update all of your product information except for:
1. Any updates you have made in Creoate. For example if you have deleted/archived products, changed prices or product categories we will not update.
2. Any new images, descriptions, HS codes etc will be updated each week.
Can product information be modified after the initial sync?
Yes! See above.
