How does shipping work?

As a seller, you have two options when it comes to shipping your orders: Ship through our courier network or self-ship (subject to approval).

Option 1: Shipping through CREOATE

By default, your vendor account will allow you to ship through CREOATE. Your order will be collected by one of our carrier partners (either DHL or UPS).

Please note that we cover the shipping costs and taxes for CREOATE sellers (please see Important Shipping Notice below).

What you need to do:

1. Pack your items securely:

  • Ensure that your shipment is packed securely and properly to avoid any issues for the recipient. You will be responsible for any damages resulting from improper packing (Related guidance article: How should I pack my order?).

2. Generate a shipping label:

  • Use the Creoate dashboard within the order page and click the ‘Request Shipping Label’ button to proceed with shipping label creation (Your Orders > Order XXXXX > Scroll down to the Delivery section - refer to screenshot 1 below).
  • Provide the shipment details - Contents, Shipping Date, Dimensions and Weight (as shown in screenshot 2)
  • Please note that once a shipping label is generated, we are unable to amend any shipment details. Therefore, ensure all shipment details are entered correctly upon requesting a shipping label.
3. Download & Print the shipping label:
  • Once you have entered the shipment information, the label will generate automatically and be available for download. Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes for the label to be processed and ready for download.  This will also be shared with you via email, so please look out for an email from our Logistics partner: no-reply@getfareye.com.

4. Prepare for collection:

  • Be prepared for the carrier partner to collect the shipment on the designated collection day.
  • Missed your collection? Follow these instructions to rebook it directly with the relevant shipping carrier or drop to the nearest collection point.

Option 2: Arrange your own shipping (subject to approval)

Occasionally, we may agree in advance for you to ship your orders using your own local shipment provider if our services are not available or suitable.

You can find more information about self-shipping through our guidance article: Can I self ship and use my own courier?)

Important Shipping Notice:

  • We do not provide pallet shipping though our courier network.

  • If the products are heavy and/or bulky, it will automatically result in higher shipping costs through our over dimension/weight surcharge.

A shipping label has not been generated?

If the label does not generate within 15 minutes after you have entered all shipment details and clicking the ‘Request Shipping Label’ button, it indicates a high volume of traffic so the system requires additional time to process the label, so please check back in a few hours.

If the label still does not appear on your dashboard, please submit our Manual Shipping Label request form. Manual label requests are processed by our Operations team within one working day, so please allow this time before chasing for an update.

Please note, if a label is created manually, the collection date will change. We will automatically obtain the next available collection date from the carrier and provide this information, along with other shipment details, in the email.

My Shipping Collection Address is wrong?

Once a shipping label is generated, we are unable to amend any shipment details. Therefore, you will need to cancel the current shipping label by clicking on the Cancel Shipment button under the Delivery section and request a new one after updating your collection address (Dashboard > Settings > Store Settings).

Please note that this will cancel the original courier collection already booked in and a new collection date must be inputted, which can cause a delay.
